LOVE STORIES COMES FIRST!!!!

After finishing the 13km run of Cebu Doctor's University Fun Run with officemate Jonas as my running partner ( ngek! never thought i would make it considering I twisted my ankle a week before the run at Ayala's new parking area with my 3 inch high heel sandal & thanks to Jpot also , our trainor, who said that i can only run for 6km but that comment has challenged me to go for 13km and i made it , though with a longer time.) I rested at the coolest place i've ever known.... nope! not in a spa but what else ... in my very own bedroom. I tried to go back to sleep but my eyes and body was still alert so i just opened the tv and there it was .... one of my favorite love story movie, " NEVER BEEN KISSED " which i have already watched for the nth time :). I don't know why i consider this movie one of my favorite , I like Drew Barrymore but not to the point of going ga ga over her or maybe because the name of Drew here is the same as my nickname JOSIE but toink NOT JOSIE GROSSY as she was fondly called. (not in my entire life, never will i be hahaahahaha) but in fairness, the ending of the movie would always make us fall in love again and again....

My kumare Irene and i would always visit DVD stores during lunchbreak (ssssshhhhh pirated :) ) and one thing that would always catched my attention are the love story dvd's while my kumare Irene would go for horror ones. This is one thing my kumare and i have contradicting choices but other that that we go along so well that we can dress up alike on Fridays without communicating :).

Basta, LOVE STORY movies always comes in first , set aside ACTION, SUSPENSE and most ESPECIALLY HORROR... you see, i am a HOPELESS ROMANTIC HAHAHAHAHA

F4 and Shan Chai (the original A2Z Runners Club)

It has been 7 years now that i started my running.... i was just into simple aerobics at abellana sports complex when i noticed people around me could jog around the oval for how many rounds while i could only do a single round and there i would rest att the corner.... sweating with my tongue out. I was also doing some weights at the gym and there i found out that some boys are trying to talk it out with the marathon champion, Tirso Pamaybay. I overheard them asking Tirso to train them in their daily running and right there and then , i asked the guys if i could join their training which they easily agreed. Imagine ..... I am the only rose among 4 thorns that compose of Boy, Dr. Wilson, Geni and Alex. That started the friendship that has bonded for 7 years and still counting.
Year 2000, was the year of F4 and Shan Chai of Meteor Garden. I could still recall that when we would start running, the aerobics people would smile at as....as if saying hey look! there goes F4 and Shan Chai hahahahaha. Until A2Z Runner's Club was formed.We trained under Tirso deligently to the point of waking up every Saturday as early as 4am for our weekly long runs. So many happy memories were shared by us ... the 10, 13 , 14 and 21 kms that we all joined. So many runners have come and go , male and female , but the F4 and Shan Chai of the oval has never left the place where we started the friendship.

MS. OBLIVION

MS. OBLIVION...... if i remembered right.I was called Ms. Oblivion by Yami for the reason that i easily forget anything and there was a time that i joke about it regarding being in the state of OBLIVION.hahahaha and that started it . When yami would look for me or ask for my whereabout from my kumare Irene, she would always say "ASA SI MS. OBLIVION" ? :)You see only my kumare Irene and Yami knows that i am MS. OBLIVION, but now everyone who reads my blog would now know that it is I , Josephine D. Vergara of DOH Cashier's office who is MS. OBLIVION. Yams, you started this and now my blogs would definitely not go into oblivion but to the heart and soul of everyone who reads my blogs. Yuks !!! as if bwahahhahaa
